My logo or watermark in the bottom right-hand corner will not print on your photos, unless requestd to do so, the mark will be on the back of the photo. When looking at the photo you would like to purchase, if it is for sale, you will find 'buy photo' icons above each photo. Click this icon and you will be able to quickly select multiple print sizes and photo gifts from the photo you are looking at. Click Checkout if you're ready to proceed with your order. If more than one photo caught your eye, click Back to Photos. Add any printable photos in the galleries to this same order. To add more than one photo to your cart at once, click the multiple photos link you see in the gallery. You will see a thumbnail of every photo in the gallery so you can click to choose the ones you want to order. Selected images have red borders. Click the To Cart button and all the photos you have selected will be added to your shopping cart. You may notice red lines on your photo, this is a cropping tool based on the size of photo you have chosen. You decide what part of the photo to print, right there in the shopping cart. NOTE: If you do nothing, only what is inside those red lines will print on your photo. Which finish should I choose? You are probably familiar with glossy (shiny) and matte (not-shiny) print finishes, but you may not have seen the most popular choice: lustre finish. Frequently Asked Questions: What about shipping? Exact charges will be shown to you in the shopping cart before you complete your order. *Economy shipping is available for small orders of prints up to 5x7 in size. It's a flat rate of $2.95 for up to 50 prints. Note: Each mounted canvas print will cost an additional $5 to ship. What payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover On any page where you are asked to enter billing information, you will see the URL begins with "https://". That "s" tells you that you are entering your information into a secure form. The printing company holds a website identity assurance warranty of $250,000. This means that you are insured for up to $250,000 when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site. When you place a print order, your card will be pre-authorized but will not actually be charged until your order ships. Debit card users may find that their bank actually makes the funds unavailable as soon as the charge is pre-authorized. All payments are in $USD. What is the duplicate button for? Click when you want to buy two different items from the same image. Problems? Make sure you're using a supported Internet browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 and above and Firefox 1.0 and above for Windows, Firefox 1.0 and above and Safari for Macs.
